A Symbol of the Sea and Beauty

In 2024, DION ART completed a large-scale reconstruction of a landmark Dry deck Fountain in Kobuleti fountain in the central park of Kobuleti, Adjara. This fountain is not just a water installation but a manifestation of the energy of the sea, the movement of waves, and the endless dance of water.

Concept and Inspiration

The fountain has always been the heart of the city park, a gathering place where locals and tourists come to relax and enjoy. The goal of its reconstruction was to fully restore a beloved city attraction and transform it into a modern, high-tech, and mesmerizing water feature.

The essence of the fountain is the sea itself, expressed through dynamic water jets that rise into the air like ocean sprays, shimmering under the soft glow of RGB lighting.

Design and Technical Solutions

With an impressive 35-meter diameter, the fountain creates a breathtaking water show visible from every corner of the park.

• 64 jets form an architectural composition of water streams, mimicking the rhythmic movement of ocean waves.
• 101 RGB lights illuminate the jets, enhancing their elegance at night and creating seamless color transitions.
• Water streams reach up to 4 meters, adding power and grace to the aquatic dance.
• A state-of-the-art filtration system ensures crystal-clear water at all times. 

Interactivity and Show

The fountain operates daily, both during the day and at night, offering spectacular music and light performances.

• The system allows new melodies to be uploaded, adapting the show for different events.
• The playlist includes various music genres, from classical and traditional Georgian melodies to modern electronic tracks.
• The fountain is fully interactive, inviting children and adults to run through the jets, cool off, and engage with the water streams, making it a lively and ever-changing spectacle.

Sustainability and Technology

The fountain is designed with energy efficiency and water conservation in mind.

• Resource-saving systems minimize energy consumption.
• Automated management systems ensure precise fountain operation, adjusting water intensity and lighting effects in real time.

Since the reconstruction, the city park has been transformed, with the fountain becoming its crown jewel, drawing attention from locals and visitors alike.
