Granite Fountain in Odesa – A Symbol of Elegance and Engineering Mastery

In 2018, DION ART completed one of Ukraine’s most intricate and refined fountains, entirely crafted from natural granite. Located in Taras Shevchenko Park in Odesa, this fountain is more than just an architectural feature—it is a true landmark that merges aesthetics, technology, and urban history.

Art Carved in Stone

With a diameter of 8 meters and a height of 4.3 meters, this fountain stands as a testament to meticulous craftsmanship. Every element has been precisely sculpted from durable granite, ensuring longevity and a monumental presence. The noble natural stone gives the fountain a distinctive character that harmonizes beautifully with the historic atmosphere of the city.

A Majestic Water Symphony

The fountain is equipped with 149 water jets, creating a dynamic composition that fills the surroundings with the soothing sound of cascading water. The central cascade rises elegantly, enveloping the basin in graceful streams, while the lower tier forms a stunning dome of flowing water.

The Dance of Light and Water

As night falls, the fountain transforms with the illumination of 32 underwater RGB lights. This unique lighting systemaccentuates the shimmering water streams, orchestrating a mesmerizing display of light and motion, making the fountain the focal point of the park’s evening ambiance.

The fountain is equipped with an advanced control system, ensuring stable operation and optimal water distribution:

• Water Supply System: Pumps installed in a dedicated technical room

• Water Volume: 24 m³
