A Symbol of Timeless Legacy

In 2018, DION ART created a unique art installation dedicated to the great Ukrainian poet and artist Taras Shevchenkoin the town of Khrystynivka. This installation reflects the different stages of Shevchenko’s life, portraying four key ages– childhood, youth, maturity, and old age – through artistic compositions, allowing viewers to visually experience his journey.

The installation is adorned with the coat of arms of Khrystynivka and the coat of arms of Cherkasy region, emphasizing the connection between Shevchenko and the historical and cultural heritage of Ukraine.

The hexagonal structure is painted in an elegant golden color, symbolizing the invaluable contribution of Shevchenko to Ukrainian literature and national identity. The installation stands 2.1 meters in height and width, making it a striking landmark in the public space.

Through intricate laser-cut patterns and dynamic illumination, DION ART has transformed this installation into an interactive experience, where light and shadows create mesmerizing effects, engaging viewers in a moment of reflection on Shevchenko’s enduring influence.

This water feature is more than just a decorative element—it has become a symbol of urban ambiance and modern comfort. It inspires, delights, and enhances Volnogorsk City Park, making it an even more inviting space for relaxation and leisure.
