At the center of the installation lies a massive flat stone platform, 26 meters in diameter, creating an illusion of floating above the ground. Along its mirrored surface, covered with a thin layer of flowing water, 16 sculptural faces—8 male and 8 female—slowly rotate, reflecting the cultural diversity and spirit of the modern city. The faces move in opposite directions, forming a unique dynamic composition.

As night falls, the magic begins. The platform comes alive with an array of lighting effects: dynamic spotlights, bursts of fire, and a “starry sky” created by countless embedded lights within the stone.
